Anger is a symptom of a larger problem that lies deeper within our hearts. Left unattended, anger has serious consequences. It can reside in us and build up over time. If we do not deal with the anger and attempt to find its root cause, eventually it will be expressed in a way that we may not be proud of. The key to addressing and ridding ourselves of - the anger is to find out what is causing it and stop it at its core.

When we cannot understand our circumstances, when our plans go differently from the way we had hoped or intended, or when our burdens seem heavy, His promises to us in the Bible can be our source of strength and encouragement.
